Welcome to Parkwood East, a friendly and established neighborhood since September 1969. Today, Parkwood East is home to 429 residences and a diverse group of neighbors who value connection, stewardship, and community pride.

Our neighborhood offers abundant opportunities to get outside and stay active, with six parks, three basketball courts, a dedicated baseball field, and approximately one mile of maintained walking paths woven throughout the community.

Conveniently located, Parkwood East sits close to major regional hubs including PSNS, Naval Base Kitsap–Bangor, the Seattle ferry terminal, the Silverdale shopping district, and Central Kitsap schools—making it an ideal place to live, work, and connect.

Community Meetings

Parkwood East Homeowners Association meetings are held every two months on the second Tuesday, beginning at 6:00 PM. Meetings are offered both in person and online via Google Meet to make participation accessible for everyone.
