  • How do I pay my dues?

    Homeowners have several convenient options for paying their dues: online through our website during our assessment period, by phone, or by mailing a personal check to our P.O. box.

  • When are dues paid?

    Dues for Parkwood East Homeowners Association are paid annually. Invoices are sent out in December, and payment is due by the end of January. Timely payment of dues is essential for the maintenance of community services and amenities. Please ensure your payment is received by the specified due date to avoid any late fees.

  • Is on street parking allowed?

    Yes, on-street parking is permitted, provided the following conditions are met:

    vehicles cannot be stored on the road, must allow for at least 10 feet of clearance for passing traffic, must not obstruct sidewalks or driveways, and must be moved at least once every 24 hours.

    Violations may be reported to the Kitsap County Sheriff.
