About Parkwood East
Founded between 1969 and 1972, Parkwood East was developed by Ryan Built Homes Inc. on land that was once part of Kitsap County’s rural farming landscape. Before becoming a residential neighborhood, the area supported open pasture, orchards, and livestock.
Today, Parkwood East reflects both its history and its future. Mature trees, green spaces, and natural features remain a reminder of the land’s agricultural roots, while neighbors continue to shape a connected and welcoming community.
Our Association
The Parkwood East Homeowners Association is a registered nonprofit dedicated to preserving, maintaining, and improving our community. We are an all‑volunteer organization representing our homeowners and caring for shared spaces and common areas.
Through collaboration, stewardship, and thoughtful planning, the Association works to support the long‑term health, safety, and livability of our neighborhood.
