We’re thrilled to team up with the Kitsap Conservation District for a free volunteer event at Swamp Park!
On Monday, January 19th, in celebration of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, we’ll come together to help restore the natural beauty of our park. Meet us near the south entrance of Swamp Park, at 457 NE Conifer Dr., where you’ll learn how to identify and safely remove the invasive plants that threaten our parks & trails.
Come ready to get your hands dirty—dress for the weather, bring gloves, and feel free to bring your favorite pruning tools.

Invest in Our Future: We Need Your Input on Community Amenities
The time has come to plan for the future of our beautiful community. The HOA Board is launching a Community Priorities Survey to gather direct feedback on which amenity improvements matter most to you and your family.
Your input is important, as the results of this survey will serve as the foundation for creating our official 5-Year Community Improvement Project Plan. This plan will guide how we invest our assessments, ensuring our resources are directed toward the projects that will provide the greatest benefit to all residents.

Direct Influence: This is your best chance to prioritize upgrades, whether it’s new playground equipment, walking paths, or enhancing green spaces.
Financial directive: Help the Board establish a clear direction on how assessment dollars are spent over the next five years.
