Ever wonder what’s growing in your backyard and what should you do about it?
Join us as we partner with the Kitsap County Noxious Weed Control Board to bring you a free, hands on community workshop at Blue Oak Park! Together, we’ll take a closer look at some of the invasive and noxious weeds found right here in Kitsap County, learn practical ways to identify these plants, and how to manage them.

Trail Maintenance: Swamp Park - Trail Closure
Heads up, neighbors!
Our contracted tree service will be on site in Swamp Park complete work on mitigating hazardous trees. Crews are expected to arrive after 8:00 AM, and work will continue through to Feb. 24th. As a precaution, areas the trail may be closed while work is underway.
We appreciate your patience while we take care of this important safety task!
Santa’s Annual Ride Through Parkwood East!
Santa and the Central Kitsap Fire Department will visit our neighborhood spreading holiday cheer! This year, Santa’s elves will also be collecting non-perishable food donations for the Central Kitsap Food Bank. If you’re able, please have your items ready to share and help make the season brighter for local families in need.
